I made this dress about a year ago and this is only the 2nd time I've worn it. I don't know why because I love it so much! It was originally one of those old lady smocks/house dresses from Big D's discount store on 14th btwn 5th &6th Aves. I just loved the soft yellow and pretty little flowers, but hated the cut. So I took it home ripped out all the seams, cut off the sleeves, flipped it around and sewed it back up! Now the pretty faux-pearl buttons go up the back and the pockets lay over my booty. Love it!
